Reschedule/Cancellation Policy

At our clinic, we strive to be as accommodating as possible for all of our clients. Due to the popularity of our treatments, we have implemented a formal Booking Fee and Reschedule/Cancellation Policy. We respect that your time is valuable and appreciate that you understand the importance of ours as well. When appointments are cancelled or rescheduled at short notice, or if you do not attend your appointment, it limits our ability to allocate that time to other clients who may be waiting.

We understand that sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. If it is possible to reschedule your appointment without disrupting clinic operations, we will try our best to do so. However, given the difficulty of rebooking an appointment slot within 48 hours, we have instituted a 48-hour reschedule/cancellation policy.

Booking Fee and Refunds

A booking fee of £50 is now required for all treatments, including consultations (excluding reviews and botulinum toxin top-up appointments). On the day of your treatment, the fee will be deducted from the total cost. For consultations, the fee will be refunded if no treatment is necessary or if treatment cannot proceed due to medical reasons.

  • Booking Fee Amount: £50

  • Cancellation: If you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours prior, your booking fee will be fully refundable.

  • Rescheduling: If you reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance, your booking fee will remain on your account for use at your next visit.

  • Expiration: Booking fees not redeemed within 12 months of the original booking will expire and be forfeited without notice.

Failure to Attend or Short-Notice Cancellations

If you fail to attend an appointment or do not provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel, your booking fee will be forfeited. Rescheduling or cancelling an appointment can be done via WhatsApp, SMS, or telephone on 07711 112140. If you request to change or cancel your appointment after the 48-hour window (unless under exceptional circumstances), your booking fee will be lost.

To help minimize the chance of forfeiting your booking fee, we send out text and email reminders 72 hours and 24 hours prior to appointments. Please note, due to circumstances beyond our control, these reminders may not always be sent. We encourage clients to rely on their own scheduling methods rather than text reminders.

Late Appointment Policy

To respect the time of other clients, please arrive on time for your appointment. We permit a 15-minute grace period for unforeseen delays. If you arrive 15-30 minutes late, you will forfeit your appointment and your booking fee will be lost. A new fee will be required to rebook your appointment.

No-Show Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your appointment, your booking fee will be forfeited. Please ensure to inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.

Clinic Cancellation Policy

In the event that we have to cancel your appointment due to sickness or unforeseen circumstances within 48 hours of your scheduled time, we will reschedule your appointment at no additional cost, based on availability.

COVID-19 Disclaimer

We understand that COVID-19 is still ongoing; however, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, the above terms and conditions will still apply.
